    Questions

    Will it work on my website?

    The iframe code works anywhere you can add HTML, including most dealer website platforms that don't allow custom scripts. If your platform allows scripts, the script code sizes itself automatically.

    How do the email timers work?

    You get an image link to put in your email. Each time someone opens the email, the image shows the actual time left and counts down for a minute. Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo and most phone apps animate it. Outlook for Windows shows a still image with the time left at the moment it was opened.

    Can I change the end date after the code is on my site?

    Yes. Edit the clock and click Update clock. Your website and any emails opened after that show the new time, usually within a minute.

    I don't have a banner. Can I still use it?

    Yes. Choose "Start blank", pick a shape and background color, then add your own text and logo. You can come back and change the wording anytime.

    What happens when the sale ends?

    The clock is replaced by your own message, like "Sale extended" or "Ask about today's specials".

    What if I cancel?

    Your countdowns keep running until the end of the period you paid for. After that your banners still show on your website and in emails, just without the clock.
