This policy explains what Countdown Banner collects when you use Countdown Banner and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, the name you give us, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Your content: banner images you upload and the settings of your clocks.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID, but never your full card number.
• Technical data: when a countdown is shown on a website or in an email, the request reaches our servers, which receive standard information like IP address and browser type. We use it to deliver the image and to protect the service from abuse. We don't track the people who view your countdowns.
• Before you sign up: a clock you design before creating an account is kept only in your own browser until you sign up.

How we use it

To run the service, process payments, send account and billing emails, provide support, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run Countdown Banner: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments) and our email provider (account emails). They process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your clocks, banners and account details are deleted. Stripe keeps billing records as the law requires.

Your choices

You can update your clocks or delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it corrected, email support@countdownbanner.com.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
